- The code was expired: From our experienced, the normal codes (not the 6-12 hour codes) can be collected up to 2 days from the date it was posted, so be sure to collect them as soon as they posted. You will get a pop-up message from the game "Looks like you have already used this promo code or it has expired." if the code was expired or you already collected it.
- There's an error at Doubledown's side: For this, you may contact Doubledown support to assist you if you are sure that you haven't collected the particular code, for them to check your account history for confirmation.
- The link we provided was broken: There are some instances that we may post broken links. How to know if the link was broken? If the codes link redirected you somewhere else; or after clicking the link you got a white or empty web page. For this, you may contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
